Department Annual Reserved Space Form

This request form is for LSU departments that need to secure dedicated, reserved parking spaces to support ongoing operational needs, frequent campus visitors, or specialized access requirements.  

All reserved parking space requests are subject to availability and must be reviewed and approved by Parking & Transportation Administration. 

Rate: $1,100 per space annually 
Locations will be determined based on availability and departmental need

• Reserved spaces are strictly for campus visitors.
• LSU permit holders are not eligible to park in these spaces.
• Submission of this form does not guarantee approval or space assignment.

Departments are encouraged to provide clear and detailed information about their parking needs to support timely review and proper space assignments.

• NOTE: This form is not for individual permit purchases. Departments or individuals who are requesting spaces for an event or limited period of time will need to fill out the Reserve Space Request.
