October 20	Monday	Advance course scheduling begins. Please see Registration Appointments to determine scheduling date and time.
November 24	Monday	Online fee bills are available on Workday Student Financials Hub.
December 15	Monday	Payment deadline – mailed payments must be received (not post-marked) by this date. Payment via Transact using an online check/bank draft or a credit card must be completed by 4:30 p.m.
January 9	Friday	New International Student Orientation
January 12	Monday	Classes begin
January 19	Monday	Martin Luther King Day Holiday
January 21	Wednesday	This marks the last day for dropping courses without receiving a grade of “W.” This marks the last day to receive a 100% refund of University fees.
January 22	Thursday	This marks the last day to add courses or make section changes. This marks the last day students will be moved from waitlists and into courses. This marks the last day for changes from regular to pass/fail grading. This marks the last day to change from credit to audit.
January 30	Friday	This marks the last day to receive a 50% refund of University fees.
February 16	Monday	Mardi Gras Holiday begins
February 18	Wednesday	Classes Resume, 12:30 p.m.
March 6	Friday	Mid-semester grades due, 9:00 a.m.
March 9 - 13	Monday - Friday	Spring Break
March 27	Friday	This marks the last day to drop courses or resign from the University. This is the final date for students to request rescheduling a final examination when three exams are scheduled in 24 hours.
March 30	Monday	Course scheduling for summer terms and fall semester begins at 5:00pm. Tentative
April 3	Friday	Good Friday Holiday
April 29	Wednesday	Concentrated Study Period begins – Graded coursework (including but not limited to tests, exams, quizzes) is not permitted during concentrated study period. Exceptions to this policy include: laboratory courses; graduate and professional courses; presentations, papers and projects identified on the syllabus on the first day of class; and participation. During this time, no extracurricular student activities, such as social and athletic events, will be held on or off campus.
May 2	Saturday	Classes end
