Residence Coordinator

adeline dauphine

I have been living on campus as a full-time professional for 5 years now, but before that, I was an RA for 2 years during my undergraduate program!

When I started here at LSU, I was the Residence Coordinator for Spruce Hall. Now, for the 2025-2026 academic year, I will be the Residence Coordinator for OGD!

"I love being someone the students can come to when they need help/advise/or just someone to talk to!" -Kaitlynn

Little did you know

If I weren't working in Residence Life, I would be working in a zoo or somewhere with exotic animals! I have my Bachelor's in Animal Science, and that was the field I was going into, until I became an RA!

One thing you learned from living on campus

One thing I have learned during my time living on campus is how to manage my time and separate myself from being an RC during work hours, and being a regular person outside of office hours. So often we can get caught up in always working, since we work where we live, but it's important to set those boundaries and know it is okay to turn everything off when you go home at the end of the day.

My favorite shows

Bob's Burgers
The Office
Any reality TV show (I love the Housewives franchise and SLOMW)
